O'Malley is Going to the Dogs!!!
The O'Malley Alley Cat
Organization is pleased to announce O'Malley PET (Preventing Euthanasia
Together).
O'Malley has
officially expanded it's work from cats only, to include cats and dogs, as we respond to needs in our
community.
As some of you may know, SpayNeuterNac, a low cost spay-neuter clinic which began in 2009 and
opened in 2010 by the City of Nacogdoches, was closed in April of 2012. Many of the SpayNeuterNac
clinic volunteers were also O'Mallians, and we have come together to continue the important work. As
euthanasias of homeless dogs and cats at our shelter are unacceptably high, a low cost spay-neuter
clinic is sorely needed for the pets and people of Nacogdoches county.
Our next two surgery days are scheduled for May 30 and June 13. Call (936)
556-2754 to make your appointment.Click Here for
Step by Step Instructions for getting your pet ready for surgery at O'Malley PET. Surgery is
performed at our O'Malley House Clinic at 611 N Fredonia in downtown Nacogdoches,
at Fredonia and Hughes. We hope to soon be doing surgery at O'Malley House every Thursday. Drop by and
pay us a visit.

Want to help make sure the pets with the greatest need get the help necessary to see that they
are spayed and neutered, for their well being and to reduce the unwanted puppies and kittens in the
area? Make a donation to the "Rex and Sammy Fund," in memory of two charming red midgets that
ran the
household of Judy Boynton and Joe Knobloch for more than a decade. Rex and Sam are missed terribly, but
their legacy lives on. One hundred percent of funds donated to the Rex and Sammy fund will be used to
pay medical fees at O'Malley House to those demonstrating the greatest financial need. Click Here for more details.
